On the roof of the lower, neighbouring building, a shared rooftop garden is planned with space for relaxation, socialising, and outdoor enjoyment, while the terraces of the apartments in the BW Garden Palace building will feature planters and pots with herbs. Residents will have the opportunity to create their own private gardens within their homes, encouraging a calmer, more balanced, and higher quality daily rhythm.
